I was driving through West Virginia and I ran over a dead deer part of the guarding underneath the vehicle was pulled down and scraping the road. I stopped at Jenkins very nervous and concerned since I was going to Buffalo. They got me in within five minutes. They took care of the problem and were the most courteous and considerate people I have ever met in a car dealership.

The service center is excellent, Charlie is fantastic at his job and have always been satisfied with the work. In fact the Service department was a major consideration in choosing this dealership. They pointed out that the door edge guard on the back drivers side door that they'd just installed was defective and they went ahead and ordered a new set at their own cost. Everyone is friendly, helpful and efficient. I've owned 6 Subaru's and this 2025 Forester Wilderness is the second Subaru purchased from this dealership - the first was my 2014 Outback.

Our Honda had severe electrical problems on our trip back from Florida. The dealer we bought the car from recommended Bill Cole Honda. They said they would have to do a complete electrical test but found that it was merely a loose connection on the battery and they didn't charge us anything even though they spent over an hour of time helping us. In particular, I want to thank James S, who was our service consultant. He explained things well and gave us confidence to drive the rest of the way home and we did get home! I have high confidence in this dealership!

Jill went out of her way to help us with our needs. I was looking for a vehicle that my mom could get in and out of comfortably. She tried multiple vehicles and we eventually left to explore other options. We looked at Honda and nothing worked, then to Buick and Toyota. At this point we thought we’d never find something that met our needs. We went back and looked at the Legacy again with Jill and she showed sent us out in a test drive. The car drove beautifully and Jill made the buying process easy and painless. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, I would definitely stop by and ask for Jill. You’ll be happy that you did.

I took my car to get a block replace and they crack the side bumper and refused to replace it. Another incident I was trying to buy a car and I told my sale rep, I wanted to buy this certain car and he can get the paperwork started. He did not take the time to proceed with my request and the car was sold right from under me. This dealership has a ethical issues and can’t be trusted. I will never buy a car from them every again.
